Couldn’t recommend an alternate support business. ITWifi are fine until there is an issue in which the manager is unable to admit fault and take responsibility for what his staff have said. Quotes were misleading and forced to pay after previously stating it would be free after already paying the service fee. The reason for the second charge has been changed multiple times from it taking too long to that’s just the policy - regardless of what the consumer was told. Manager Sam needs to take responsibility for what the staff have told customers and look to fixing issues that occur. Poor customer service overall and regardless of convenience will never be returning to the business and have been following up with Consumers Affairs Victoria in regards to them charging excess fees without quoting and after service forcing me to pay. Tried resolving issue with ITWifi to no avail and was shown a clear lack of understanding and regard for my situation. Manager may even display their poor lack of customer service in a defensive response to the review as they have to all other negative reviews.

I cannot give credit to a place who didnt even check the laptop for issues. I tested this place by saying i dont have a password, yet, I had a password. I asked them to check why im getting BSOD and to make sure it was working in good order. They also didnt open it to check to see what was wrong with the fan.

I had new solid state hard drive and windows 10 installed, spent $450. A week later i got a virus. They would not look at it for free. I have no idea why as i thought it was under warranty and i was charged another $180 to have it fixed. More then a year later i noticed it was still very slow as i barely use it, maybe twice a year. Called them back up, they said they would look at it for free. Then they called back and said i would have to pay as it was no longer under warranty. So i have wasted $680 and my computer is worse off then what it was after letting them do some upgrades on it that was meant to help it run better. These people are unfair and a complete rip off, i would avoid them at all cost. After it was fixed i also asked sam to track down a battery as mine was cooked. He agreed and did not follow through, i asked him 3 times and he agreed to look into it but never did.
